Cleaning and Maintenance of Sport Wood Floor

1. cleaning:

1.1 Wipe and clean the surface to remove surface dust. Suggested using vacuum cleaner;
1.2 Dilute Sinopolymer All purpose Cleaner with water(The ratio depends on the condition of floor, if adding about 5% of Sinopolymer Aqueous degreaser the result will be better), then scrub the floor. Suggested using damp washcloth to avoid water infiltrate into the floor.
1.3 Wipe off the stain.

2. Coating sport wood floor finish

2.1 Coating Bright Film TD Sport Wood Finish evenly by using 8inches-10inchs of wool brush (slip no wool) ;
2.2 After drying (approx, 1hour), marking line, filling joints. And after curing, grinding floor surface by using coarse abrasive paper till it is smooth by touching. If possible, grinding again by grinder with 200 mesh emery paper, the effect will be much better.
2.3 Clear away sawdust, dust or other dirt on the floor surface by using vacuum cleaner or mop.
2.4 Coating the second coat of Sport Wood Finish.
2.5 After drying (approx, 1hour), grinding floor surface by using 240 mesh water proof abrasive paper till it is smooth by touching.
2.6 Clear away sawdust, dust or other dirt on the floor surface by using vacuum cleaner or mop.
2.7 Coating the third coat of Sport Wood Finish.
2.8 After drying (approx, 1hour), slightly grinding floor surface by using 360 mesh water proof abrasive paper till it is smooth by touching.
2.9 Clear away sawdust, dust or other dirt on the floor surface by using vacuum cleaner or mop.
2.10 Coating the Sport Wood Finish 1-2 coats again.
